The room was spacious, providing enough space for my luggage and belongings! The kitchenette was useful, with bowls and provided items. Staff members were cute. The location was perfect near shops.
The traffic noise from the nearby road was noticeable.

excellent accommodation
secure room decent desk herbal teas free parking
the room felt safe and secure. i had good wifi and a decent sized desk. a fridge and herbal teas were available. free parking was very helpful because there is limited parking in the car park on site. street parking was available around the side of the building right out the front of my room.
some elements of the continental breakfast were not great the croissants were not fresh but otherwise satisfactory. i would prefer mugs instead of the small cups

the room was large clean and nicely decorated. a kitchenette was present and well equipped. this kitchenette included a microwave and fridge. making your own drinks or basic breakfast is easy.

the hotel is near the good canal walk into the city centre. summertown shops and restaurants are nearby. several bus routes run to the city centre and railway station. the area is quiet.

the continental breakfast has a range of items. some items were not as fresh as others. coffee and tea are available in the room. the kitchenette allows basic meal preparation.

the receptionist was friendly and cute. staff are helpful with information about the area. daily room cleaning is provided. staff are kind and offer excellent customer service.

constant noise damp smell
the location was acceptable as a bus stop was near.
i wasn't pleased there was noise. some sort of water pump made constant water flowing sounds. the damp smell bothered me to i did not like it.

scaled kettle street noise
the location proved convenient buses to the city center ran nearby
the kettle was scaled i requested a replacement it never arrived the room lacked sufficient soundproofing i could hear street noise throughout the night this made sleep difficult
